Ever wondered what happens to your wedding photos after the confetti settles? Here's a peek behind the scenes.
The vows have been exchanged, the cake has been cut, and you've danced the night away. But while your big day may be over, our work is just getting started. A lot goes on between shooting your wedding and delivering the final gallery and we're excited to take you behind the scenes.
📥 Backup & Sorting: First Things First
Before anything else, we back up all your photos. Multiple times. In both physical hard disks and online storage.
Your wedding day is one of the most important moments in your life, and we treat the files with the same care. Once everything’s safely stored on multiple drives, we go through thousands of raw images — yes, thousands — and start shortlisting.
We pick out the best moments — the laughs, the hugs, the stolen glances — while removing duplicates, blinks, and test shots. This is called culling, and it's a huge part of making sure your final gallery feels intentional and beautiful.
🎨 Editing Begins: Bringing the Magic to Life
Once we’ve shortlisted your images, editing begins. Every photo you receive is edited one by one — no bulk filters or mass processing here.
Our editing includes:
Colour correction: to match our signature golden, natural tones
Light and contrast tweaks: to make sure every image pops
Cropping & straightening: for clean, balanced framing
Skin tone adjustment: to keep things natural and flattering
Minor touch-ups: for distracting background elements or flyaway hairs
